Dec. 16 – Wash Fire Pit
Last season on one of our meandering walks around here we found an elaborate fireplace in a wash, constructed of rocks and sand from the wash. Robert marked it on his GPS and we looked it up today. We drove the Jeepster the 2 miles up the gas line road, then east on a 4WD track right to the location!
The GPS marks the spot!
The fireplace is down in the wash, the Jeepster could take us right to it!
The summer rains did not wash it away.
