The Pacific Crest Trail crosses right in front of us, with a convenient bench for weary hikers!
Jan. 20 – Fun in the Snow
We went up into the mountains (to 6000 ft.) to meet some relatives and play in the little bit of snow left from the cold snap.
Running out of snow won’t dampen their fun!

Sometimes innocuous objects take on a different character in the middle of the night!
Scary when a bright light is shined in their eyes!
Jan. 18- Borrego Springs
We drove into the tiny burg of Borrego Springs to check out the amenities. It was a hair raising ride!
