The guys went out in the fishing boat while I relaxed onboard the cabin cruiser. While I watched seals and sea otters, they had a close encounter with a behemoth!

My first impression of the Craig, Alaska harbor;

Jellyfish just under the water’s surface.

We went canoeing on Lava Lake with friends, enjoying the peace and flat water before the afternoon breeze.

Rising early, we headed to the Old Mill District to watch the hot air balloons set up, heat the air and rise into the blue central Oregon sky.
